We carry a full line of parts in each of our two service centers, as well as in the four service vans.
Parts are also available next day from our network of national sources. Maintenance agreements and service plans are available.

If you reside outside of our normal business area (Portland and Salem Metro areas), there is a trip fee of a dollar per mile both ways. When dropping off a printer for repair, there is a $35 deposit fee which will go towards your repair if you choose to have one, the fee is non-refundable.
If you have a Brother, Canon or Fellowes warranty, don’t forget to bring in a proof of purchase! We won’t be able to process a claim without it. If you have not been rated for on site warranty or if you didn’t buy the printer from DPS, then you will be charged a trip charge of $35 dollars.
